The Senior Learning Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating large-scale, multi-level learning initiatives across diverse, global teams, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and business strategy.
Responsibilities
- Learning Needs & Analysis: Partner with leaders and teams to identify capability gaps, define learning objectives, and align solutions to organizational priorities.
- Learning Design & Development: Create engaging learning programs, resources, and tools that reflect adult learning best practices and adapt to diverse audiences.
- Facilitation & Delivery: Deliver training and workshops that inspire, equip, and empower learners, ensuring high levels of engagement and application.
- Program Management: Coordinate, implement, and monitor learning initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time, on scope, and with measurable outcomes.
- Evaluation & Continuous Improvement: Collect and analyze data to assess the impact of learning initiatives and recommend improvements for greater effectiveness.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with leaders, subject matter experts, and external partners to co-create relevant and impactful learning solutions.
- Content Creation: Develop, adapt, and maintain clear, accurate, and engaging training materials, job aids, and resources to support effective learning delivery.
- Innovation & Knowledge Sharing: Explore and integrate new tools, technologies, and methods to enhance learning, while building knowledge-sharing practices across the organization.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Education, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field (required).
- Professional certifications in L&D, coaching, or facilitation are highly desirable.
Experience
- Minimum 4+ years of progressive experience in learning and development, organizational development, or a related field.
- Demonstrated success in leading large-scale, multi-level learning initiatives across diverse, global, and multicultural environments.
- Proven track record of engaging and influencing senior stakeholders and driving adoption of learning solutions that align with business strategy.
- Experience leveraging digital learning platforms, knowledge management systems, and emerging technologies to scale impact.
- Background in organizational change management or cultural transformation projects (preferred).
