The role of the Senior Information Technologist, KEWI 6, is situated within the Kenya Water Institute (KEWI) and reports directly to the Principal Information Technologist, KEWI 5. This is a senior-level position primarily focused on managing and maintaining the IT laboratory environment and supporting technical training and research activities within the institute.

In addition to the requirements above, applicants will be required to meet the requirements of Chapter Six (6) of the Constitution of Kenya on Leadership and Integrity. The required clearances (Certificate of Good Conduct, EACC Clearance, HELB Compliance, KRA Tax Compliance, CRB Clearance) will only be required from successful candidates upon job offer and not at the application stage.
