Senior Business Intelligence Expert

This role requires a dedicated consultant to significantly enhance Moringa School's data infrastructure and strategic decision-making capabilities.

Key Responsibilities and Scope of Work

The selected consultant will be responsible for the following outcomes:

1. Improving Data Quality: Enhancing the integrity and reliability of data across the organization.
2. Streamlining Reporting Processes: Optimizing and simplifying reporting workflows for greater efficiency.
3. Building Performance Dashboards: Developing clear and robust dashboards designed to track key performance metrics (KPIs) effectively across all operational departments.
4. Strategic Data Guidance: Providing expert advice and leadership support regarding data utilization. This includes:
   • Shaping comprehensive institutional reporting frameworks.
   • Advising the leadership team on critical Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) relevant to the school's objectives.
   • Facilitating leadership in making more informed and strategic data-driven decisions.

Qualifications and Proposal Requirements

This invitation is extended to individuals who possess the necessary expertise and professional background to execute this specialized short-term engagement.

• Education: A minimum qualification of BA/BSc/HND in a relevant field is required.
• Experience: Must be an experienced Senior Business Intelligence Expert with a proven track record suitable for a high-level consultancy role.
