This role is primarily based with field investigations, ensuring the safety and security of our guests, staff, and property. The ideal candidate will inspire confidence, demonstrate composure, and lead our guarding force with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Chief Security Officer in investigations and prepare detailed reports.
Monitor security registers, lobby, parking bays, and outlets for compliance.
Coordinate surveillance of suspicious individuals and act within the law.
Perform spot checks across entrances, floors, storage areas, public spaces, and offices.
Monitor alarm and CCTV systems; ensure daily updates and proper records.
Maintain accurate lost-and-found property records.
Complete security checklists at the end of each shift.
Requirements

Composed, competent, and effective in managing a guarding force.
Qualifications and Experience
Diploma/Degree in Security Management or a related field.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in hotel operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Must hold a valid Driver’s License and be able to drive staff safely at night.
