Key Responsibilities (Job Description)
- Identify learners’ needs through observation, interviews, assessments, and referrals.
- Collaborate with teachers and learners to monitor student progress and develop effective intervention strategies.
- Ensure rigorous compliance with all established child protection policies and professional counseling standards.
- Develop and implement preventative and proactive programs designed to promote mental health, positive behavior, and essential life skills among students.
- Organize workshops, awareness activities, and various guidance-related school programs.
- Provide individual and group counseling sessions to learners addressing academic, personal, and social challenges.
Job Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Counseling Psychology, Psychology, Education Guidance & Counseling, or a related field.
- Certification in counseling.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
