Job Description
Vunoh Global is seeking a Sales & Marketing Intern to work at the intersection of growing Vunoh's client base and building its brand across Kenya and the diaspora. In this role, you will reach out to prospects, close deals, write content, and run marketing campaigns. Vunoh operates AI-first, so you will utilize AI tools daily to enhance productivity across both sales and marketing workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Client Work
Find potential clients across AI, abroad opportunities, real estate, legal support, and other products, and reach out directly.
Pitch, follow up, negotiate, and close deals.
Build relationships with clients, partners, and diaspora networks by attending events and forums.
Track pipeline and report on lead conversion rates.
Check in with clients after service delivery and collect feedback.
Marketing and Content
Execute Vunoh's weekly marketing plans across diaspora markets.
Maintain brand consistency across logo use, tone, and visual style.
Plan and publish campaigns across social media, email, and diaspora channels.
Rapidly conceptualize, record, edit, and post engaging short-form videos (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) highlighting service pillars.
Research customer behavior and diaspora investment and travel preferences.
Write and produce content including blogs, brochures, videos, and social media posts.
Track and report on campaign performance metrics.
Operations & Collaboration
Help vet and onboard service providers and partners while keeping the provider database current.
Follow and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for lead management and content workflows in Kanban boards and Google Workspace.
Work closely with product and design teams.
Handle client and company information with standard legal and operational compliance.
Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Past experience in sales, client-facing roles, or content work is considered an added advantage.
Strong academic background (Minimum KCSE Grade B- or equivalent).
