The Sales & Marketing Executive role at HR Fleek is responsible for driving client acquisition and supporting marketing efforts across key sectors, including hospitality, retail, events, and entertainment. This position involves managing the entire sales pipeline from generating leads to ensuring client satisfaction post-onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Acquisition
- Identify and approach potential clients across hospitality, retail, events, and entertainment sectors.
- Deliver strong product presentations and demos to business owners and managers.
- Manage the entire sales pipeline from lead generation to closing.
- Conduct field visits, in-person demos, and online presentations.
- Maintain relationships to encourage renewals and referrals.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas.
Marketing & Lead Generation
- Assist in creating and posting marketing content (social media, WhatsApp, email outreach).
- Participate in marketing campaigns.
- Work with the Business Developer to bring in steady inbound leads.
- Provide feedback on customer trends and opportunities.
Client Onboarding & Support
- Onboard new clients and train them on how to use our products.
- Ensure smooth activation by coordinating with the internal technical team.
- Follow up to ensure successful usage and client satisfaction.
Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, IT, Communications, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales or marketing (experience in hospitality, tech, or retail preferred).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Confident, outgoing, and comfortable meeting business owners.
- Basic tech understanding (training on our platforms will be provided).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to hit targets.
- Experience selling software, digital products, or B2B solutions is an advantage.
