Finnlemm NWDT Sacco Society Limited is seeking dynamic, self-driven, and result-oriented individuals to join our team as Sales & Marketing Agents. The role focuses on managing and nurturing relationships with new and existing members, with the goal of driving growth in member recruitment, retention, and overall Sacco participation. The Sales Agent will act as the primary point of contact between the Sacco and its members, ensuring member satisfaction and contributing to the growth of the Sacco.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify new sales prospects and follow up on leads and referrals.
Sales Activations: Conduct sales activation drives in the assigned region or area.
Member Recruitment: Recruit new members while ensuring compliance with due diligence and Know Your Customer (KYC) policies.
Account Management: Ensure recruited member accounts are fully funded and active.
Target Achievement: Achieve sales targets within set periods.
Events & Outreach: Support and participate in sales and marketing events and outreach activities.
Product Information: Disseminate information about savings, loans, and services and cross-sell Sacco products.
Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong member relationships and drive demand for products.
Reporting: Prepare and submit periodic sales reports and assist in implementing growth strategies.
Presentations: Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective Sacco members.
Qualifications and Experience
Certificate or Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Co-operative Management or Business Administration.
Experience in sales and marketing within a financial or insurance institution is an added advantage.
