The Sales Intern role is dedicated to distributing Jubilee Life insurance solutions and servicing customers introduced to the company in the Eldoret region.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend product and skill training organized by Jubilee Life so as to understand company products and how to distribute them.
- Prospect in the market to present Jubilee products to prospective customers.
- Solicit and procure business on behalf of the Company.
- Service the client and convey all information received from the client to the Company.
- Uphold the image and brand of the Company.
- Achieve the new business sales budget in terms of Number of Policies (NOPs), Annualized Premiums (ANP), Persistency, and premiums written (GWP) targets for both new and renewal business.
- Attend all meetings called by Jubilee sales management for training, supervision, motivation, and market deployment.
- Comply with industry code of conduct, all Company regulations, and all the relevant laws and regulations of the country governing the activities of the trade.
Minimum Requirements and Qualifications
The basic requirements and qualifications should include but are not limited to:
- Minimum Age of 21 years.
- Education level: Graduate/Diploma/Certificate Holder.
- Minimum Grade C- (Minus) in KCSE.
- IT and Digital skills.
- Must be self-driven, possess a positive attitude, disciplined, and be a go-getter.
