The role of the Sales Intern is focused on the distribution of Jubilee Life solutions and providing service to the customers introduced to the company. This internship offers hands-on experience in achieving sales targets and maintaining professional standards within the insurance sector.
Key Responsibilities
Attend product and skill training organized by Jubilee Life to fully understand company products and distribution methods.
Prospect actively in the market and present Jubilee products to prospective customers.
Solicit and procure business on behalf of the Company.
Service the client and ensure all information received from the client is conveyed accurately to the Company.
Uphold the professional image and brand of the Company.
Achieve the new business sales budget in terms of Number of Policies (NOPs), Annualized Premiums (ANP), Persistency, and premiums written (GWP) targets for both new and renewal business.
Attend all meetings called by Jubilee sales management for training, supervision, motivation, and market deployment.
Comply strictly with the industry code of conduct, all Company regulations, and all the relevant laws and regulations of the country governing the activities of the trade.
Minimum Requirements and Qualifications
The basic requirements and qualifications should include but are not limited to:
Minimum Age of 21 years.
Education level: Must be a Graduate, Diploma, or Certificate Holder.
Minimum Grade C- (Minus) in KCSE.
Demonstrated proficiency in IT and Digital skills.
Must be self-driven, possess a positive attitude, be disciplined, and be a dedicated go-getter.
