The Sales Executive (Healthcare) role is a full-time position based in Nairobi, responsible for driving sales strategies, managing corporate and business partnerships, and ensuring high levels of customer service within assigned business units. A critical component of this role involves specialized experience within the hearing aid industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning for all assigned Corporate and Business Partners.
- Outline yearly plans for each group.
- Maintain service and training of all assigned Corporate and Business Partners customers within the assigned Business units.
- Maintain yearly forecast for the Business units.
- Work with group leaders daily through phone, in office visits or planned events. Focus on building relationships, business strategy, and customer service. All assigned Corporate and Business Partner calls should be returned promptly and issues resolved in a timely and satisfying manner.
- All sales and corresponding details pertaining to sales must be documented on Sales Force.
- Ensure all groups are in good credit standing.
- Responsible for on-boarding of customers into groups.
- Manage internal staff training, engagement, and support of Corporate and Business Partners.
Key Qualifications and Experience
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5 years of sales and marketing experience.
- 3 years of experience specifically within the hearing aid industry.
- Proven experience in client management and business development.
- Ability to organize and execute a business plan effectively.
- Possess good problem-solving, analytical abilities, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
