Sales Executive - Coastal Region

Key Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to grow the bank’s customer base.
• Product Promotion: Promote and cross-sell the bank’s products and services, including loans, deposits, and investment solutions.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, new opportunities, and competitive positioning.
• Proposals & Presentations: Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and pitches to potential clients.
• Financial Needs Evaluation: Evaluate clients’ financial needs and provide appropriate banking solutions.
• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed set business growth and revenue targets.
• Customer Satisfaction: Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive service and effective follow-up.
• Account Management: Monitor and manage client accounts to ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Internal Collaboration: Collaborate with internal departments (Credit, Operations, Risk, etc.) to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
• Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on sales performance, pipeline activities, and market developments.
• Continuous Improvement: Continuously improve knowledge of financial products, market dynamics, and industry best practices.

Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Minimum Diploma in Business-related studies.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in business development, relationship management, or sales within the banking or financial sector.
• Sales Track Record: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding business targets.
• Banking Knowledge: Knowledge of banking regulations, compliance, risk management principles, lending, and financial solutions.
• Market Understanding: Strong understanding of SME, retail, or corporate banking markets.
• Tools Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
• Key Skills: Strong negotiation, problem-solving, strategic thinking, and client relationship management skills.
