The role of Sales Executive at Stratostaff is pivotal in driving the growth of the company's fin-tech platform by identifying, acquiring, and onboarding new merchants. This position focuses on promoting the benefits of digital payment solutions, mobile POS, and financial products, ensuring sales targets are achieved through active field sales and robust relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, approach, and acquire new merchants to onboard them to our fin-tech platform.
Promote the benefits of using our digital payment solutions, mobile POS, and financial products.
Conduct field visits, cold calls, and in-person demos to drive merchant registrations.
Assist merchants with onboarding, documentation, and initial usage support.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly acquisition targets and report performance to the Sales Lead.
Maintain good relationships with onboarded merchants and support upselling initiatives.
Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to improve product offerings.
Qualifications and Experience
To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B or merchant acquisition.
Experience in fintech, digital payment solutions, or financial services is highly desirable.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Exposure to field sales, cold calling, and client onboarding.
