Croton Motors is a car dealership located in Karen, Nairobi, Kenya. We have been importing vehicles from Japan for our customers since 2005. Utilizing the internet, our knowledge of Japanese auctions, and networks with domestic car dealers in Japan, we put thousands of Japanese cars at your fingertips and help customers buy and import cars directly from Japan.

The Role

As a Sales Consultant, you will be a vital part of our sales team, expected to guide customers through the vehicle selection and purchase process, manage sales cycles efficiently, and consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

Daily Tasks and Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

• Helping customers choose the right car based on their needs and budget.
• Explaining vehicle features, pricing, and financing options.
• Managing and following up on leads from online inquiries, walk-ins, and referrals.
• Conducting test drives and offering professional vehicle demonstrations.
• Meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
• Preparing sales agreements, documentation, and maintaining CRM updates.
• Maintaining strong product knowledge and staying updated on market trends.

Qualifications and Requirements

You should have:

• A Diploma qualification.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• A strong customer service mindset.
• A high level of self-motivation and goal orientation.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
• Basic computer knowledge (email, CRM systems, online communication).

Sales experience is an added advantage.
