Talent Grid Africa is seeking a Sales Attendant based in Nairobi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving retail sales, providing excellent customer service, upselling products, and maintaining service quality in a food, beverage, or retail environment.
Key Requirements
A Certificate or Diploma in Sales, Business Administration, Hospitality, Customer Service, or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in retail sales, hospitality, café operations, or customer service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sales and upselling abilities
A valid Food Handler's Certificate
Experience in a premium retail, bakery, café, confectionery, or food & beverage environment (preferred)
