Role Overview
Sales Assistants will be crucial in delivering excellent customer service, ensuring optimal stock availability on the sales floor, assisting customers with product selection, and maintaining a clean and organized sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
Greet, guide, and support customers with product inquiries.
Assist customers with sizing, alternatives, and product recommendations.
Maintain store cleanliness and stock presentation.
Ensure proper fitting room control and efficient stock return processes.
Support shrinkage and loss control measures.
Support daily store readiness and merchandising efforts.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education and Experience:
Diploma in Business Management or a Fashion-related course.
Previous retail or Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) experience is an advantage.
Skills and Attributes:
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work flexible shifts.
