We are searching for a committed, deadline-driven sales intern to join our excellent sales team. The sales intern will complete all tasks assigned by the manager, which may include conducting market research, identifying business opportunities, generating sales leads, making cold calls, participating in meetings, and assisting the sales team in achieving branch targets.
Responsibilities
Work in pairs with Business Development Officers and Collections Officers.
Support and maintain an excellent work environment to achieve branch targets.
Deliver first-rate customer service.
Assist in accurate and timely reporting of Management Information and market feedback to report on customer preferences, trends, and market opportunities.
Assist in contacting debtors to receive payment and following up on defaulters to recover payments.
Carry out customer education and maintain relationships.
Generate sales leads through various channels.
Requirements
A good level of general education: Diploma or Degree.
Computer literacy.
Educational background in Sales or Marketing.
Experience in a related field will be an added advantage.
Experience in a financial institution will be an added advantage.
