Job Overview\n\nTenakata, a licensed Digital Credit Provider by the Central Bank of Kenya, is seeking a committed, deadline-driven Sales and Collections Intern to join our excellent sales team in Mtwapa. This role involves completing market research, identifying business opportunities, generating sales leads, making cold calls, and assisting with collections to empower small businesses through financial literacy and credit support.\n\n### Key Responsibilities\n\n* Work in pairs with Business Development Officers and Collections Officers to achieve branch targets.\n* Support and maintain an excellent work environment to achieve branch targets.\n* Deliver first-rate customer service, educate customers, and maintain strong client relationships.\n* Assist in accurate and timely reporting of Management Information and market feedback regarding customer preferences, trends, and market opportunities.\n* Generate sales leads, contact debtors to receive payments, and follow up with defaulters to recover payments.\n\n### Requirements\n\n* A good level of general education - Diploma or degree.\n* Computer literacy.\n* Educational background in Sales/Marketing.\n* Experience in a related field will be an added advantage.\n* Experience in a financial institution will be an added advantage.\n\n### Salary\n\n* Offered Salary: KES 10,000.00 / Month
