Job Description
The role of the Retail Cluster Manager is pivotal in leading and mentoring Branch Managers, overseeing cluster operations, and driving growth initiatives for Optica Ltd, the largest optical practitioners in the East Africa region. This position is crucial for maintaining high operational standards and ensuring exceptional customer experience across multiple retail locations.
Role Highlights and Responsibilities
Lead and mentor Branch Managers to maximize performance and achieve sales targets.
Oversee the overall cluster operations, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
Manage new branch setups and spearhead expansion efforts into new territories.
Drive and maintain high standards of Customer experience across the cluster.
Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operational standards.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
5+ years of experience in optical retail leadership.
Proven multi-store management experience.
A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related discipline.
Strong people management and mentoring abilities.
Excellent communication skills.
Willingness to travel extensively as required by the cluster coverage.
