Restaurant Supervisor

The Sands Kenya, which offers a variety of accommodations throughout Diani, ranging from Kenya's 'only' private island resort to a 'barefoot luxury' beachfront resort and budget-friendly options, is seeking an experienced and energetic Restaurant Supervisor to join their team at a busy beachfront bar & restaurant.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and knows how to lead a team with confidence and exceptional customer care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily floor operations and staff.
• Ensure top-notch customer service.
• Support the training and development of team members.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and compliance.
• Perform record keeping, including planning shift schedules, off days, and leave for the team.

Requirements and Qualifications

• A qualification such as a BA/BSc/HND.
• Must be fluent in English and Kiswahili.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak holiday seasons is required.
• Proficiency in other languages is considered an added advantage.
