Role Overview: Reservationist
We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Reservationist to join the team. This role is crucial for managing all guest bookings, responding to inquiries efficiently, and ensuring exceptional customer service from the first point of contact.
Key Responsibilities & Expectations:
- Manage bookings and reservations accurately.
- Respond to guest inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the booking process.
- Work collaboratively with front office, concierge, Food & Beverage (F&B), and management teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Must have previous experience in reservations of 3 years or more.
- Minimum qualification: BA/BSc/HND (Bachelor’s degree, Bachelor of Science, or Higher National Diploma).
- Experience with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS), such as Opera.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
