Multi‑Disciplinary & Specialist Collaboration
- Work closely with multi‑disciplinary teams (electrical, civil, mechanical, environmental, commercial, and advisory) to deliver complex renewable energy projects.
- Collaborate with internal specialists across technical and advisory disciplines, including grid, environmental and social, financial, and regulatory experts.
- Coordinate inputs from multiple stakeholders to ensure integrated and coherent technical solutions.
Innovation, Tools & Ways of Working
- Contribute to improving and innovating how renewable energy solutions are designed and delivered, including tools, methodologies, digital ways of working, and efficiency improvements.
- Identify opportunities to standardise, optimise, and streamline technical processes and project delivery approaches.
- Support the adoption of new technologies, modelling tools, and best practices relevant to the Kenyan and regional renewable energy market.
Technical Assurance, Risk & Compliance
