This role is for a driven Remote Sales & Lead Generation Executive based in Kenya, working for Freshdrip, now proudly part of the Moyee Coffee family. Freshdrip is revolutionizing the in-room coffee experience by providing hotels with an innovative, hassle-free solution that eliminates the need for expensive, messy hardware while delivering premium filter coffee to guests. This role solves the "bad hotel coffee" problem while reducing complexity and costs for hotel operators.
The Role
Reporting directly to the Director of Freshdrip in Barcelona, you will be the engine room of our sales operation. Your primary focus is to identify, map, and engage high-potential hotel clients across key Western European markets, including The Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Ireland, France, Belgium, Spain, Portugal, Italy, and Austria. You will be responsible for building a robust pipeline of business leads and executing a first-contact strategy that converts cold prospects into warm opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Lead Generation: Research and identify high-quality hotel prospects in target Western European markets based on specific criteria (star rating, chain vs. boutique, guest profile).
- Outreach & Engagement: Execute high-volume, personalized email outreach campaigns targeting key decision-makers such as Hotel General Managers, F&B Directors, and Purchasing Managers.
- Pipeline Management: Manage the early stages of the sales cycle, including follow-ups and qualifying leads before handing them over or closing them (depending on deal size).
- Solution Selling: Articulate the Freshdrip value proposition—focusing on how our product elevates the guest experience, removes the need for complex machinery, and optimizes housekeeping costs.
- Market Intelligence: Maintain a deep understanding of the challenges facing the European hotel industry (sustainability, cost-cutting, operational efficiency) and position Freshdrip as the solution.
- Data Integrity: Meticulously update CRM systems with lead data, interaction history, and market feedback.
Candidate Profile (Who You Are)
- Location: You must be currently residing in Kenya with a stable internet connection and a suitable home office environment.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in B2B Lead Generation, Business Development, or Inside Sales. Experience selling to the Hospitality/Hotel industry is a massive plus.
- Education: BA/BSc/HND qualification.
- Communication: You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Bonus: Proficiency in German, French, Spanish, or Italian is highly desirable but not mandatory.
- The Hunter Mindset: You are resilient, self-motivated, and comfortable with high-volume outreach. You understand that "no" is just part of the path to a "yes."
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive), and email automation tools.
- Commercial Awareness: You understand the business side of hotels—cost per room, operational complexity, and the importance of guest satisfaction scores.

Compensation
Compensation includes commission given at an agreed percentage of successful lead generation, in addition to the base salary perks.
