The Relationship Officer role is integral to Rafiki Microfinance Bank's strategy for driving business growth. We are seeking a qualified Relationship Officer who will be responsible for actively selling Enterprise banking products within defined market segments and cross-selling the Bank's full range of services to enhance value and strengthen relationships with the existing customer base.
Key Responsibilities
Drive growth in Liabilities, Assets, and Non-Funded Income (NFI) within the Enterprise segment.
Effectively manage Portfolio at Risk (PAR) and grow the quality loan book.
Promote active use of the bank's Credit and Treasury facilities.
Recommend and drive product development for the Enterprise sector.
Evaluate credit proposals and oversee the application process to meet Turnaround Times (TAT).
Manage and expand existing client relationships while acquiring new Enterprise clients.
Ensure adherence to all internal and external regulatory requirements and safeguard the bank's image.
Actively cross-sell and upsell bank products.
Execute assigned official duties.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
1-2 years of professional experience.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and planning skills.
Proven networking, negotiation, presentation, and analytical skills.
High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality with keen attention to detail.
