Receptionist

This role is for a Receptionist at Equity Afia, a network of medical entrepreneurs composed of qualified and experienced doctors dedicated to providing high quality, affordable, and accessible healthcare to Kenyans. The successful candidate will serve as a crucial front-office representative in a service-oriented environment.

Qualifications and Experience Requirements

Candidates must meet the following minimum criteria:

• Education: Diploma in Front Office Administration, Business Administration, Health Records, or an equivalent qualification.
• Experience: At least two (2) years of relevant working experience in a service-oriented industry.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer skills, specifically experience with Health Management Information Systems (HMIS).
• Soft Skills: Must possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
