Real Estate Sales Executive

Role Summary

The Real Estate Sales Executive is responsible for driving property sales by engaging with potential buyers, presenting properties, managing the sales cycle, and achieving set targets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property presentations and site visits with potential buyers.
• Deeply understand project details (payment plans, features, timelines, pricing, etc.).
• Follow up with clients and maintain relationships throughout the full sales cycle.
• Negotiate and close property sales with professionalism and confidence.
• Maintain CRM/records of client interactions and sales progress.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Qualifications

Candidates should meet the following requirements:

• A Degree (BA/BSc/HND) in a related field.
• Proven experience in sales (real estate experience is a strong advantage).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused demeanor.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of the real estate market or willingness to learn quickly.
