Job Description
The Public Information Intern will support the division by assisting in drafting, editing, and producing content for various public information materials and multimedia products.
Duties and Responsibilities
Assist in drafting and editing content for public information materials, including press releases, newsletter articles, blogs and social media.
Assist in preparing meetings and seminars and draft meeting minutes.
Produce various multimedia materials for online and offline products, including infographics, motion graphics, short videos, publication covers, presentation templates and event flyers.
Prepare professional PPT decks focusing on the work, projects, publications and activities of the division.
Assist in video production including shooting and editing videos, mixing sound and animating slideshows, if required.
Assist in the organization and execution of the launch of publications and events.
Provide background research for public information materials.
Initiate and carry out assigned tasks/special projects.
Qualifications and Special Skills
Applicants must meet one of the following educational criteria:
Be a student in the final year of the first university degree (bachelor or equivalent), Master’s or Ph.D. Programme or equivalent.
Have completed a Bachelor’s, Master’s or PH.D. Programme.
