Property Officer

The Property Officer role at NW Realite Limited is critical for the day-to-day operational and financial management of commercial properties. The role focuses on optimizing revenue collection, supervising maintenance, and ensuring effective tenant relations.

Responsibilities

• Rent and service charge collection.
• Supervision of service providers.
• Overseeing repairs and maintenance of the building in liaison with the Senior Property Manager.
• Attending promptly to tenants' issues.
• Letting and reletting of vacant spaces in liaison with the agency department.
• Preparation of comprehensive property reports.

Qualifications and Experience

NW Realite Limited is seeking candidates who possess the following:

Required Education and Experience:

• Possession of a degree (BA/BSc/HND qualification) in Real Estate or any business field.
• 3-4 years' proven experience in managing a commercial property.

Skills and Attributes:

• Must be self-driven and proactive.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A proven ability to build strong client relationships.
• A dedicated team player.
• Commercially focused, demonstrating a good understanding of the business environment and the impact of their behavior on the reputation and financial performance of the company.
