Moyee Coffee is on a mission to flip the coffee industry on its head by being radically transparent. Key Responsibilities (What You’ll Do)
- Manage international tech partners (based in Poland, India, Pakistan, and the Netherlands).
- Coordinate the development of multiple transparency tools and data platforms.
- Dive into the code when needed—fixing, improving, and optimizing our tools.
- Integrate AI functionalities to automate processes, generate crucial insights, and enhance transparency dashboards.
- Turn our data and traceability products into scalable, user-friendly business tools.
- Bridge the gap between technology, design, and impact, helping showcase how every bean changes the world.
Required Skills and Qualifications (What You Bring)
You should be a proactive, problem-solving project manager who deeply understands technology and is prepared to contribute directly to the codebase. You must be adept at managing international teams while still engaging in hands-on building.
Hard Skills
- SQL & database management (specifically Google Cloud Console)
- Proficiency in Next.js / React / Node.js
- Fluency in JavaScript & TypeScript
- Extensive experience with APIs and integrations
- Familiarity with GeoServer (or similar technologies)
- Experience with AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, OpenAI API, LangChain, or similar)
- Strong understanding of how to utilize AI models to effectively process, visualize data, and write code.
- Preferred (Pre-requisites): Mapbox GL JS and QField.
Soft Skills
- Ability to successfully manage international teams across varying time zones and cultures.
- Structured but creative approach; appreciating both disciplined project management (Gantt charts) and innovative solutions.
