Dawa Life Sciences is seeking to recruit two (2) Production Supervisors to oversee and coordinate daily production activities. The ideal candidates will ensure that production targets are met safely, efficiently, and in strict compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Key Responsibilities
Supervision: Supervise daily production activities to achieve targets safely and efficiently.
Compliance: Ensure GMP compliance, line clearance, and adherence to approved manufacturing procedures.
Monitoring: Monitor production output, product quality, and equipment utilization.
Leadership: Lead, coach, and motivate production personnel.
Documentation: Ensure accurate completion of Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs), SOPs, and production documentation.
Continuous Improvement: Drive batch reconciliation, CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Safety: Promote a safe working environment and maintain high-quality standards.
Qualifications and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related health science field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, preferably in tablet manufacturing or formulation and process development.
Knowledge: Strong knowledge of GMP and pharmaceutical quality systems.
Systems: Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office is an added advantage.
Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
