Job Description
The role of the Product & Sales Support Manager, Supply Chain & Stock Finance (Western & Rift Valley Regions), is to provide end-to-end product and sales support for Supply Chain and Stock Finance solutions across the Western and Rift Valley regions. This position ensures the seamless execution of product strategies, supports relationship managers in client acquisition and servicing, and drives the utilization of SCF and stock finance programs. The role bridges product development and frontline sales, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and superior customer experience.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Sales Enablement & Client Support
Support relationship managers in pitching SCF and stock finance solutions to regional clients.
Prepare client proposals, presentations, and onboarding documentation.
Coordinate with credit, legal, and operations teams to ensure timely approvals and disbursements.
Track client utilization and proactively resolve service issues.
Product Implementation & Regional Rollout
Assist in implementing SCF and stock finance products in Western and Rift Valley regions.
Monitor product performance and provide feedback for enhancements.
Ensure alignment with digital platform capabilities and operational processes.
Support pilot programs and rollout readiness assessments.
Reporting & Performance Monitoring
Maintain dashboards for regional product performance and revenue tracking.
Prepare periodic reports for senior management on utilization, pipeline, and client feedback.
Identify gaps and recommend actions to improve adoption and profitability.
Stakeholder Engagement & Compliance
Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution.
Ensure adherence to regulatory and risk management standards.
Support audits and compliance reviews for regional operations.
Education & Work Experience
Education: University Graduate (Finance, Business, Economics, or related field).
Experience: 5–7 years in financial services, product support, or sales enablement; experience in SCF or stock finance preferred.
Skills & Competencies
Strong client engagement and relationship management skills.
Knowledge of SCF and stock finance products and processes.
Analytical and reporting capabilities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
