Private Driver

Core Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide safe, timely, and efficient transportation for the CEO to various destinations.
• Plan routes in advance, taking into account traffic patterns and potential disruptions.
• Anticipate and respond to travel challenges such as delays, roadblocks, or vehicle issues.
• Strictly adhere to all traffic laws and road safety regulations.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and ensure proper maintenance at all times.
• Keep accurate records of servicing, fuel usage, and general vehicle condition.
• Maintain cleanliness and overall presentation of the vehicle.
• Deliver a high level of service with professionalism, courtesy, and reliability.
• Assist with errands and occasional administrative support as required.
• Promptly report any mechanical or technical issues.
• Uphold confidentiality and maintain professional conduct at all times.
• Carry out any additional duties as assigned.

Job Specifications and Qualifications

• KCSE Certificate; additional training in logistics or a related field is an added advantage.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of five (5) years’ relevant driving experience, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and best driving practices.
