Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead Business Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
• Drive Sales & Profitability: Spearhead initiatives targeting increased sales, overall profitability, and robust customer retention.
• Ensure Compliance: Keep operations fully aligned with regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks.
• Oversee Operations: Manage day-to-day business operations and team performance metrics.
• Deliver Customer Experience: Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer experiences across all client touchpoints.

Key Qualifications and Experience Required

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (a Master's degree is an added advantage).
• Diploma in Insurance & Certificate of Proficiency (COP).
• Active membership in the Insurance Institute of Kenya (IIK) or an equivalent professional body.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience within the insurance industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
