This role is for the recruitment of Primary School Teachers by the Teachers Service Commission (TSC) to fill 130 vacant positions specifically in Turkana County. Successful candidates will be responsible for implementing the primary school curriculum and adhering to all professional standards set by the Commission.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for recruitment, a candidate should meet the following minimum requirements:
Be a Kenyan citizen.
Must be a holder of a minimum of a P1 certificate (This specific requirement applies to Primary schools, as indicated by the job title).
Must be a registered teacher with the Teachers Service Commission (TSC).

The Teachers Service Commission Recruitment Guidelines 2025/2026 Financial Year shall apply.
Merit lists generated during this recruitment for both Primary and Secondary Schools will be utilized in subsequent recruitment processes within the financial year.
Shortlisted candidates will be required to present their original academic and professional certificates during the interview.
Successful candidates must not fill more than one Application for Employment Form. Submitting two or more application forms will lead to disqualification.
Manual applications will not be considered; all submissions must be online.
Preference will be given to applicants who have not previously been employed by the Teachers Service Commission.
Successful candidates will be posted to serve in any part of the country and not necessarily in the county or school where they were interviewed.
