The role of the Pricing and Segment Manager is to develop, implement, and manage pricing strategies for prepaid products (voice, data, SMS, and FWA prepaid products) and services. The primary goal is to ensure and maximize profitability, market share, and competitiveness, while maintaining high customer satisfaction through data-driven decision-making, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous innovation. This role is also responsible for driving growth, engagement, and retention within the Youth and High Value Customer (HVC) segments by developing and executing targeted strategies, offers, and experiences that align with their unique needs and behaviors.
