This pivotal Pre-Sales Executive role is tailored for a dynamic individual fluent in French, responsible for enhancing customer experience for our clients across West Africa. The position requires leveraging language proficiency and sales acumen to drive impactful results. Our client is a business conglomerate providing excellent technology solutions across various sectors, specializing in electronic security systems, Queue Management Systems, and Visitor Management Systems.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Sales team to ensure the successful closure of the sales process.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and technical proposals that meet client requirements.
- Manage the sales bid process by responding diligently to Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
- Carry out tender responses, answering and expanding on functional/technical requirements within complex tender documents of potential clients.
- Conduct market research and lead profiling activities.
- Assist the sales team in qualifying potential customers.
- Collaborate with the Pre-Sales Manager and Business Development Manager to ensure all sales documentation and collateral are current and relevant.
- Stay abreast of market trends, product, and competitor landscapes by actively researching and maintaining a thorough understanding of our products and competitor strengths and weaknesses.
- Utilize strong written and verbal communication skills to create compelling sales presentations and confidently present ideas.
- Generate new leads by building relationships with customers and proactively seeking new sales opportunities through market analysis and developing new relationships with prospective clients.
- Must be able to communicate professionally in written responses.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, adept at working with multiple stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience in working with Microsoft Office suite.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any major is preferable (BA/BSc/HND).
- Minimum 1 year of working experience, with a stated experience of 2 years preferred. Sales experience in the software industry is a significant advantage.
- Skilled in preparing and analyzing complex technical specifications and bids.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both written and spoken.
- Strong relationship management skills.
- Hands-on experience in working with Microsoft Office suite.
