Job Description
The Open University of Kenya is seeking a Part-Time Lecturer/Content Developer specializing in Human Resource Management and Leadership Development. The university aims to address the pressing issue of limited capacity in traditional universities by employing innovative teaching and learning methodologies, including online and distance education. By leveraging technology and flexible learning modes, the university seeks to accommodate a larger number of qualified students.
This role involves both developing course content and providing instruction (lecturing) in the relevant subjects.
Requirements for Content Developers / Lecturers
Candidates must satisfy one of the following requirements:
An earned Ph.D. or equivalent degree qualification in the relevant field from an accredited University.
OR A Master’s degree in the relevant field from an accredited University (in special cases) with at least three (3) years teaching experience at university level and registered in good standing for PhD in the relevant field.
