Paralegal Intern

Kituo Cha Sheria - “KITUO” is the oldest, most experienced legal aid providing and human rights non-governmental organization in Kenya, focused on empowering the poor and marginalized and enhancing equity and access to justice for all.

This Paralegal Intern position is a 6-month placement designed to provide hands-on experience in legal aid and human rights work, supporting the organization's mission.

Placement Details

• Duration: 6 months.
• Start/End Dates: The internship placements for interns will commence on 1st January 2026 and end on 30th June 2026.
• Location: Positions are available at KITUO's Nairobi and Mombasa offices, as well as in the organization's social justice centres.

Qualifications and Requirements

This internship is open to candidates who meet the following educational criteria:

• Must have completed a Diploma in Law, Criminology, or Paralegal Training from the Kenya School of Law or any other accredited institution.
• Candidates should hold a BA/BSc/HND or Diploma qualification.
