Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
- Provide leadership and oversight to guards, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for guarding, dog patrol, and alarm response services.
- Conduct regular site visits, audits, and spot checks to ensure service quality and guard performance.
- Ensure optimal deployment and utilization of guards, dog units, and response teams.
- Manage scheduling, discipline, performance appraisal, and welfare of field staff.
- Coordinate recruitment needs with HR to support the company’s growth strategy.
- Resolve operational issues promptly and maintain high client satisfaction.
Marketing & Business Development
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to grow the company's client base across all services.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate, residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
- Oversee preparation of proposals, company profiles, presentations, and client pitches.
- Strengthen the company’s digital presence and brand visibility.
- Manage customer relations and ensure effective communication with existing and prospective clients.
- Achieve quarterly sales targets aligned with the company’s growth plan.
Management & Reporting
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports on operational performance and marketing activities.
- Support the management team in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to enhance service competitiveness.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Security Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in security operations, marketing, or a similar supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of PSA (Private Security Regulations) will be an added advantage.
- Proven experience managing teams and handling clients at corporate level.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Valid riding or driving license (added advantage).
