- Minimum educational achievement of a Diploma.
- Previous experience selling products at similar price points (KES 10,000 - KES 30,000 per sale).
- Previous experience selling at an organization with multiple products, intricate internal processes, and requiring cross-functional collaboration.
- Proficiency working with computers and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
Work Environment and Logistics
- This role is based in Mlolongo, Nairobi.
- The work schedule is from Mondays to Saturdays, with some Sundays and national holidays required, depending on the assigned shift.
- Comfort with shift work and willingness to change shifts as needed to support the team's needs is mandatory.
- A home fiber internet connection is required to access the company's remote work policy.
