Job Description
This role involves overseeing the daily administrative functions and organizational duties required to ensure the smooth operation of the office at IFSS Group. IFSS Group works with legalized agreements and is a System Integrator specialized in the industry of Life Safety & Security, delivering a full range of fire safety and security solutions to a diverse customer base around Africa.
Core Responsibilities
Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and manage calendars for individuals or teams.
Prepare, edit, and distribute memos, invoices, reports, presentations, and other documents.
Order and maintain office supplies, and manage basic bookkeeping or expense tracking.
Assist other employees and departments with administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
Required Skills
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Expertise with computer software like Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management systems.
Good problem-solving abilities when handling day-to-day challenges.
Possess a professional demeanor and stellar interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
A BA/BSc/HND qualification is required.
