Member Public Benefit Organizations Disputes Tribunal (Non-advocate)

The Judicial Service Commission (JSC) is recruiting a Member, Public Benefit Organizations Disputes Tribunal (Non-advocate). This is a crucial role responsible for assisting the Tribunal in exercising its jurisdiction over disputes arising from the registration, regulation, or operation of Public Benefit Organizations (PBOs).

Scope of the Role

This position is for an individual who possesses specific skill or knowledge relevant to the PBO sector or dispute resolution, but who is not required to be a legal advocate.

Job Requirements: Academic and Professional Qualifications

Candidates must meet the following criteria:

1. Academic Qualification: Hold a BA/BSc/HND qualification.
2. Professional Expertise: Must have the requisite skill or knowledge necessary for the effective discharge of the functions of the Public Benefit Organizations Disputes Tribunal.
