Member, Public Benefit Organizations Disputes Tribunal (Advocate) - 2 Posts

This recruitment by the Judicial Service Commission (JSC) is for two (2) vacant posts for Member, Public Benefit Organizations Disputes Tribunal, specifically designated for Advocates. Successful candidates will be appointed to serve in this Tribunal.

Job Requirements: Academic and Professional Qualifications & Experience

The selection criteria prioritize candidates with strong legal credentials and relevant experience:

• Be an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya or possess an equivalent qualification in a Common-law jurisdiction.
• Have at least Five (5) years of post-admission experience.
• Qualification and experience in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) will be considered an added advantage.
