Role Requirements and Qualifications

Candidates must demonstrate the following qualifications and experience:

• Education/Certification: Be an advocate of the High Court of Kenya or possess an equivalent qualification in a Common-law jurisdiction. A Bachelor's degree (BA/BSc/HND) is required.
• Experience: Have at least seven (7) years post-admission experience.
• Integrity: Meet the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution on leadership and integrity.
• Political Neutrality: Must not be a member of the public service or take an active part in the activities of a political party.
