Member Micro and Small Enterprises Tribunal (Non-advocate)

The role is for a non-advocate Member of the Micro and Small Enterprises Tribunal, established under the Judicial Service Commission (JSC). The selected individual will be responsible for applying specialized expertise in the field of Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) to hear and determine disputes brought before the Tribunal, ensuring fair and impartial resolution processes.

Job Requirements: Academic and Professional Qualifications

Candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree (BA/BSc/HND) qualification.
• Experience: Demonstration of exemplary competence in the field of Micro and Small Enterprises.
• Advantageous: Qualification and experience in alternative dispute resolution (ADR) will be an added advantage.
