Member Micro and Small Enterprises Tribunal (Advocate)

The Judicial Service Commission (JSC) is a part-time constitutional commission established under Article 171 of the Constitution. The Commission is seeking a qualified Advocate to serve as a Member of the Micro and Small Enterprises Tribunal, where they will apply legal expertise to disputes concerning micro and small enterprises.

Job Requirements: Academic and Professional Qualifications

Candidates must meet the following experience and qualification criteria:

• Experience: Have at least seven (7) years of post-qualification experience.
• Education: Hold a BA/BSc/HND qualification.
• Competence: Possess competence in the field of micro and small enterprises.
• Advantageous: Qualification and experience in alternative dispute resolution will be an added advantage.
