Member Industrial Property Tribunal - Non-advocate

The Judicial Service Commission (JSC) is seeking applications for the role of Member Industrial Property Tribunal (Non-advocate). This is a crucial position requiring individuals with specialized expertise outside the traditional legal field to adjudicate disputes related to industrial property rights.

Job Requirements: Academic and Professional Qualifications

• Must possess a BA/BSc/HND qualification.

Experience

• Must have experience or expertise in industrial, scientific, and technological fields.
• Qualification and experience in alternative dispute resolution will be an added advantage.
• Must meet the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution on leadership and integrity.
