Member Industrial Property Tribunal (Advocate)

The Judicial Service Commission (JSC) is seeking a qualified Advocate to serve as a Member of the Industrial Property Tribunal. This is a senior appointment focused on resolving disputes related to industrial property rights in Kenya.

Job Requirements: Academic and Professional Qualifications

Candidates must demonstrate a high level of professional experience and integrity:

• Education: Possession of a BA/BSc/HND (Bachelor's Degree or relevant higher education).
• Experience: Have at least seven (7) years of post-admission experience as an Advocate.
• Added Advantage: Qualification and proven experience in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR).
• Integrity: Must meet the rigorous requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya regarding leadership and integrity.
