Member, Energy and Petroleum Tribunal

The Judicial Service Commission (JSC), a constitutional commission established under Article 171 of the Constitution, is seeking a qualified individual to serve as a Member of the Energy and Petroleum Tribunal. This is a crucial role involving quasi-judicial functions related to the energy and petroleum sectors in Kenya.

Job Requirements: Academic and Professional Qualifications

Candidates are required to possess the following:

Education

• A qualification of BA/BSc/HND.

Experience

• Have knowledge and experience in law, petroleum, and energy.
• Qualification and experience in alternative dispute resolution will be an added advantage.
