We are seeking a qualified Medical Officer to provide clinical expertise and care to our patients, particularly within our intensive care facilities.
Responsibilities and Duties
Provide high-quality clinical care and consultation to patients.
Manage and monitor patients in a busy Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting.
Conduct medical examinations and perform necessary procedures.
Develop and implement patient management plans.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Ensure adherence to medical ethics and hospital protocols.
Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery Degree Program (MBchB) from a recognized institution.
A minimum of 3 years of post-internship clinical working experience.
Specific experience working in a busy ICU unit is mandatory.
Valid and up-to-date BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS/ATLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support/Advanced Trauma Life Support) certifications.
A valid practicing license from the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council (KMPDC).
